The Grayson County Health Center has issued its latest round of restaurant/food inspection results.

In total, 25 establishments were inspected, with 16 scores of 100 being earned. Among the perfect scores were Rally’s, Hardee’s, and the Wilkey Elementary and Grayson County High School cafeterias.

The low score recorded was a 90, posted by Pizza Hut and Sonic.

According to the health center, the rating score of the establishment is determined by subtracting weighted point values of noted violations from 100. Unannounced inspections observe the overall operation, including food source and protection; personnel; food equipment and utensils; maintenance of water and sewage systems; garbage and refuse disposal; insect, rodent and animal control; and storage of toxic items, among others.
