On Friday afternoon, a Kentucky State Police Commercial Enforcement Division Officer arrested an Eastview man on multiple drug charges after a traffic stop on Hwy 62 in Elizabethtown for failure to signal properly.

An investigation revealed that the driver, 25-year-old Devyn Vittitow, was in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, amphetamines, and other, unspecified drugs.

Vittitow was lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center where he’s been charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance (meth, amphetamine, and an unspecified drug), possession of marijuana, driving on a DUI suspended license, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He’s being held on a $5,000 bond.
