A 14-year-old Breckinridge County boy is in custody after fatally stabbing his step-sister.
According to someone with knowledge of the incident, the stabbing occurred on Lee Miller Road, a short distance across the Grayson/Breckinridge County line.
The boy stabbed his 17-year-old step-sister in the neck in her bedroom. The stabbing took place shortly after midnight Thursday morning.
The boy is being held at a youth detention facility in Warren County.
