Miranda VanMeter Troublefield, age 59, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Sunday, (February 11, 2018) at her home.

She was born on June 18, 1958 in Grayson County, KY, the daughter of the late Tommie and Adlee Dowell VanMeter.

She was an apartment manager who enjoyed shopping, cleaning, and spending time with her family. She was a member of the McGrew General Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Phillip Troublefield (Michelle) of Leitchfield, KY; two grandchildren, Thane and Lilly Troublefield also of Leitchfield; three sisters, Debbie Clemons of Pearland TX, Rachel Terry (Glenn) of Clarkson KY, & Melanie Manion (Brian) both of Clarkson; three brothers, McCoy VanMeter of Leitchfield, Jeffery VanMeter (Mary Faye) of Clarkson and Marion VanMeter of Anneta, KY. Family friend, Vicky VanMeter of Leitchfield, close friends, Gary Bob Moran of Richmond, TX & Tim Long of Houston, TX; former mother-in-law, Lilly Troublefield of Bowling Green, KY; along with several nieces and nephews also survive.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by five siblings, Catherine (Jim) Nowlin, Larry (Pauline), William, McClee and Carry VanMeter.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, (February 16, 2018) at the McGrew General Baptist Church in Anneta. Bro. Charlie Smith will be officiating. Cremation will follow services with burial in the McGrew Cemetery at a later date.

Visitation will be held at the McGrew General Baptist Church from 12:00 p.m. (Noon) until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. on Friday until time of services.
