Hartford man arrested on meth trafficking charges; at least third arrest since Oct. 2017

Kentucky State Police arrested a Hartford man on drug charges while serving an indictment warrant.

After arriving at the home of 36-year-old Ryan Simpson, police found him to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

In addition to the charges listed on his indictment, Simpson was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center, but is no longer listed as an inmate.

This marks Simpson’s third drug or DUI arrest since October of last year.
