The Clarkson Police Department and the city of Clarkson will host another blood drive on Saturday, May 19.
The blood drive will be held from Noon until 5:00 at the Clarkson City Hall and Community Center.
Clarkson Police Chief Buck Meredith said there will also be a raffle for a chance to win a free inflatable jumpy house rental, courtesy of Crazy Jumpers. To be eligible for the raffle, you have to like and share the Clarkson City Hall Facebook page, and then stop by Clarkson City Hall during the blood drive to register. Chief Meredith said you must also donate blood, register to be an organ/tissue donor, or be a current organ/tissue donor to be eligible.
The jumpy house is a $150 value and the lucky winner will have to coordinate with Crazy Jumpers on where and when to cash in on the rental, according to Chief Meredith.
