^^ So, this Facebook post is what prompted my whole thought process and lit the spark for this blog post. For the one-millionth time, I forgot to move the meat from the freezer to the fridge to thaw throughout the day, so I could cook it for supper. Now as you can see, I was disappointed, but not devastated, because my quick-fix was to just order take-out. After just a few hours, I had received multiple comments praising an Instant Pot- something that according to my friends, you can put frozen meat in and it will cook safely from its ice block state. Basically after hearing this, I was sold on the concept. I did some research, and well, it has officially been added to the top of my Christmas Wish-List.

Because I had so many people talking about the Instant Pot and all its glory, I figured there would be some amazing recipes that were specifically designed with the Instant Pot in mind. And guess what? There were! I picked out 9 favorites to share with all of you, so when I get my Instant Pot (*cough* *cough* this is a hint to any of my family or friends reading this), I will be totally prepared to dive right in and start cooking! If you are interested in any of the recipes, just click the image to view it in more detail.
