On Monday, the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office began serving indictment warrants obtained last week in reference to multiple drug-related charges involving over a dozen suspects.

The first warrant was served Monday afternoon on 41-year-old Jeremy Hall, of Beaver Dam, who was already an inmate at the Ohio County Detention Center, where he’s been held on rape and unlawful imprisonment charges since September 2017.

He was additionally charged on Monday with trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and being a persistent felony offender. Hall is being held on two bonds totaling $50,000.

In total, 14 suspects were recently indicted by the Ohio County Grand Jury on over 40 charges, most drug-related, after a nearly yearlong investigation by the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office.
