Elmer L. Parrigan, age 89, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Thursday, (June 28, 2018) at Springview Health and Rehab.
He was born on September 10, 1928 in Albany, Kentucky, the son of the late Ephraim and Edna Griffin Parrigan.
He was an inspector for AG Publications who enjoyed flea markets, wood working, fishing, & hunting. He was a veteran of the US Army and a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian faith.
He is survived by Ann Kinser Parrigan; two daughters, Edna Pierce (Billy) of Hudson, KY and Marilou Pate (Marvin) of Bee Springs, KY; a son, Morty Parrigan (Carolyn) of Morgantown, KY; a daughter-in-law, Pam Parrigan of Caneyville, KY; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Johnnie Parrigan, and 11 brothers and sisters.
Cremation was chosen and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
