Late Sunday night, a significant drug and cash seizure was made at a Hardin County home.
A search warrant was executed by the Greater Hardin County Narcotics Task Force and Elizabethtown police on Village Drive in Elizabethtown. During a search of the property, police located three ounces of cocaine, 111 Oxycodone pill, 168 Xanax, 15 pounds of high-grade marijuana, three pistols, and more than $15,000 in cash, according to the Elizabethtown Police Department.
Two Elizabethtown residents, 36-year-old James Richardson and 27-year-old Calena Falkner, were arrested at the scene.
Richardson was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine), trafficking in marijuana (over five pounds), possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, acquiring property from income derived from trafficking in a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana. He was lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center on a $75,000 bond.
Falkner was charged with trafficking in marijuana (over five pounds) and trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine). She was lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center but has since been released.
