A federal prison inmate being held in Kentucky has died after a lawn mower accident.
Police said 55-year-old John Arthur started a 15-month sentence two weeks ago after being convicted of disability fraud.
On Monday, Arthur died after a riding lawn mower he was on flipped, landing on top of Arthur at the U.S. Penitentiary in McCreary County. The mower flipped over into a pond as Arthur mowed on an embankment, trapping him underneath.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
