On Saturday, the Hart County Sheriff’s Office was notified by Hart County deputy jailers that a woman from Louisville would possibly be dropping off drugs for inmates at the Hart County Jail.
Hart County Sheriff Boston Hensley said during the investigation, it was found that 25-year-old Bethany D. Warren, of Fairdale, had left five baggies of marijuana and five cans of smokeless tobacco for inmates.
Warren was arrested and charged with promoting contraband and booked into the Hart County Detention Center. She is no longer listed as an inmate at the facility.
