On Monday afternoon at approximately 3:15, a drug investigation by the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the arrest of a Beaver Dam man on trafficking charges.
Police said that during the investigation, sheriff’s office detectives purchased the prescription medication Adderall from 49-year-old Donald Greenwell, of Beaver Dam. Following the undercover buy, deputies executed a traffic stop on Greenwell, where he was arrested. Police found another prescription medication in his possession.
Adderall is a highly addictive stimulant with effects similar to cocaine.
Greenwell was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified).
He was lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.
