Priscilla Jean “Blondie” Goins, age 76, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Saturday, (November 17, 2018) in Leitchfield, KY.
She was born on April 9, 1942, in Grayson County, KY, the daughter of the late Clyde and Ruby Haycraft Harrison.
She had been an employee of General Electric in Louisville, and had worked as a seamstress in a garment factory. Blondie enjoyed cooking, painting pictures, sewing and making crafts. She loved singing and was a member of Anneta United Baptist Church for 64 years.
She is survived by her brother, Marcus Harrison of Bardstown; six nieces and nephews, Steve Hanley, Brent Huber, Sherrie Jackson, Trena Nelson, Angela Riggs, and Mark Harrison; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Auggie Lashinsky; brother, Ralph Harrison and sister, Rita Hudnall.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, (November 24, 2018) at the Anneta United Baptist Church. Bro. Erik Franklin will be officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Anneta United Baptist Church from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Saturday.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hospice of Central Kentucky, or to the Grayson Nursing and Rehab Activity Fund.
