An Amber Alert has been issued for a 10-year-old Trigg County boy in need of medication.
Isaih Boren, of Cadiz, is thought to be with Isaac Ray Chamberlain, who is driving a 2004 Chevrolet Venture bearing license plate 522-RRJ. Chamberlain left with Boren on Monday.
Isaih has been diagnosed with autism, and is without his medication, according to authorities.
Isaih stands 4-foot-1 and weighs about 80 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve blue and white tie-dyed shirt, yellow fleece jacket and gray sweat pants.
Chamberlain stands 6-foot and weighs 286 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
