Man with warrants arrested with methamphetamine in Fordsville

On Sunday afternoon, the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office and Kentucky State Police responded to 50 Ridge Road in Fordsville after police received a tip on the location of a suspect with active warrants.

Upon arriving at the residence, authorities made contact with the suspect, 29-year-old Joseph Robinson, of Owensboro. He was arrested on the outstanding warrants, with police also locating methamphetamine on the suspect.

Robinson was charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia and lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.
