A Cromwell man has been arrested after being caught looking through the window of a home while performing a sex act.
The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office responded to a trespassing complaint at a residence on Mt. Pleasant Road in Cromwell. After viewing surveillance video, police arrested 20-year-old Jacob Stewart, of Cromwell, and charged him with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing.
He was identified after the victim posted the video surveillance on social media, according to Ohio County Sheriff Tracy Beatty.
Stewart was lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center but is no longer listed as an inmate.
