Rhonda Kaye Harper, age 57, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Friday, (January 10, 2020) at Norton’s Hosparus Inpatient Care Unit in Louisville, KY.
She was born on June 23, 1962 in Louisville, KY, the daughter of the late Donald and Darlene Semones Weaver.
She worked at McDonalds and enjoyed singing karaoke and playing with her grandchildren. She was a member of the Christian faith.
She is survived by her sons, James Colmore (Charleigh) of Bowling Green, KY and Charles Colmore of Leitchfield; a daughter, Christina Colmore of Leitchfield; 9 grandchildren, Jaci Kaye Williams, Jami Marie Colmore, James Edward Allen Colmore, Hayden Parker Colmore, Elijah Colmore, Charlee Colmore, Kira Colmore, Lydia Colmore and Jaiden Gorman; and three sisters, Ree-Ree Standifer of Louisville, Tonya Ballard & Donna Hayes, both of Glasgow, KY. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Cremation was chosen and a Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, (January 18, 2020) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. Noon Saturday until time of services.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Dermitt Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
