A Warren County man has been arrested after two men were fatally shot in the parking lot of a Bowling Green restaurant.

The shooting occurred Friday night at approximately 10:00 in the O’Charley’s restaurant parking lot, on Scottsville Road directly in front of Greenwood Mall, according to the Bowling Green Police Department.

Police arrested 44-year-old Terry Stice, of Bowling Green. He is currently charged with two counts of attempted murder and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. The attempted murder charge is likely to be amended to murder.

Police identified the victims as 21-year-old Elijsha Taylor, who died early Saturday morning, and 40-year-old Michael Russell, who was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have not released the decedents’ hometowns.

The Bowling Green PD said detectives determined that Taylor and Russell were in a physical altercation in the parking lot, with Taylor shooting Russell. Stice responded by shooting and killing Taylor. An unknown vehicle then hit Stice, with Stice shooting multiple times at the vehicle as it fled the area.

Police said the three men knew each other and were involved in a long-standing dispute, police said.

Stice is lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail on a $250,000 cash bond.
