An intoxicated Butler County man has been arrested driving into a Morgantown eatery.
Morgantown Police Chief Giles Taylor said officers responded to China One Buffet at 811 South Main Street after 63-year-old Gerald Morse drove through the front of the business before fleeing the area.
Morse was arrested by Morgantown police soon after leaving the scene and charged with DUI, reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident. He was lodged in the Butler County Jail.
The restaurant was closed at the time of the incident and no injuries were reported.
