Due to COVID-19, the following businesses have changed their policies until further notice:

Medical Facilities and Pharmacies

Midway Pharmacy

  • Closing lobbies to the public; there are barriers set up for patients to drop-off and pick-up prescriptions just inside the door for the Leitchfield and Clarkson locations that do not have a drive-thru option.
  • Caneyville & Edmonson Co. stores will limit services to drive-thru only.
  • Remain open regular hours, and patients can still come to the pharmacy for their needs, but encourage those who are sick or high risk of contracting COVID-19 to utilize drive-thru or delivery service.

Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center

  • No elective surgeries until further notice.
  • Hospital is open for business; however, you can only access the hospital through the emergency department, Cave Bland Medical Center, or front doors. You will have to go through a screening process to gain access to the hospital.
  • Visitors restricted to only those who have a patient who is near end of life; one patient allowed with an OB patient (must remain the same visitor); patients under 18 may have one visitor (must remain the same visitor).

  • Food distribution will take place on Tuesday (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) and Thursday (2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.) until further notice.
  • This is a drive-thru service only
  • No public restrooms available
  • New clients must bring proof of address
  • Must have a permission slip to pick up for another client
  • HELP classes have been canceled until further notice

Grayson County School “Meals on the Bus” Route and Schools Open for Breakfast & Lunch

  • “Meals on the Bus” Route will resume to daily routes on Monday, April 13, 2020.
