Only one new COVID-19 case in Grayson Co. Death toll remains at 11.

Following the Grayson County Health Department reporting on Monday that four new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) were confirmed over last weekend, on Friday officials announced only one new case of the virus has been confirmed this week.

The total number of cases diagnosed in Grayson County now stands at 144. Eleven deaths have been attributed to the virus.

The new victim, according to the health department, is a 60-year-old woman.

Currently, one COVID-19 patient is hospitalized, while three victims are isolated at their respective homes with another person in “other isolation,” the health department said.

Of the 144 victims in Grayson County, 128 have recovered from the virus.
