As Grayson County Schools ramp up to begin the school year virtually, Grayson County High School is hosting a Chromebook giveaway for students who don’t have the key piece of technology.
The district said that Chromebooks for students that need them will be available Tuesday, August 18 through Thursday, August 20 from noon until 4:00 p.m.
Chromebooks may be picked up “at the end of the gym, in the junior parking lot.” Staff members will be on-site to help direct students where they need to go to pick up the Chromebooks.
Officials ask that students and parent stay in your car. The Chromebooks will be delivered to your vehicle.
Graphing calculators will also be available to students in a first trimester math class.

School is scheduled to begin on August 24.
