A Warren County man has been arrested for sending sexually explicit video to a 15-year-old Edmonson County girl.
The Edmonson County Sheriff’s Office arrested 51-year-old Tracy S. Jaggers, of rural Warren County (near the Edmonson County line), and charged him with first-degree sexual abuse and prohibited use of an electronic communication system to procure a minor for a sexual offense.
Jaggers, according to media reports, was arrested after the teenager’s family alerted authorities that he sent a sexually explicit video of himself to the girl on Snapchat, a popular multimedia messaging app. He is also accused of, during the same Snapchat conversation, making a lewd request of the 15-year-old victim’s teenage friend.
Jaggers was lodged in the Hart County Jail but has since been released on bond.
