A Hardin County woman has been arrested after snorting fentanyl and driving with a juvenile to a school.

On Thursday afternoon, 30-year-old Jessica Noggle, of Radcliff, was charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and DUI (excludes alcohol) after she admitted to Hardin County deputies that she snorted the synthetic opioid before driving with a juvenile relative in the back seat to the school, The News-Enterprise reports.

Noggle displayed slurred speech and had trouble standing up.

Fentanyl is a potent synthetic pain reliever, 50 to 100 times more powerful than morphine.

She was lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center.
