Kentucky State Police has released the name of the pedestrian struck and killed on I-65 in Warren County.
According to KSP, troopers were requested to respond to the fatal accident at approximately 7:00 Sunday night near the 23-mile marker in Bowling Green.
The investigation showed that 22-year-old Brandi Willis, of Champaign, Illinois, was driving a 2020 Kia passenger vehicle south in the left lane when a man, identified as 20-year-old Reeboy Silbanuz, of Bowling Green, entered the roadway and walked into the path of Willis’ vehicle where he was hit and killed.
The investigation is ongoing and being led by Trooper Brent Davis.
