Michael Terrance Helphenstine, age 48, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Thursday, (January 7, 2021) in Leitchfield.
He was born on October 11, 1972 in Louisville, KY, the son of the late Leo Jr. and Carol Davis Helphenstine.
He is survived by his brother, Leo Helphenstine III, his girlfriend, Dyana Ewers, three step-children, Houston and Benjamin Sines and Taylin Long. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Christopher Helphenstine.
Cremation was chosen.
