A Hardin County man charged the first week of January with sexually abusing a child younger than 12 has been again charged in the case.

Michael K. Lehman, 42, of Radcliff, who was free on bond, was re-arrested Thursday and charged with first-degree sodomy of a victim incapable of consent, according to a report by The News-Enterprise. That charge follows Lehman being charged with first-degree sexual abuse (victim under the age of 12).

Both charges involve the same victim. Lehman, the newspaper reports, “has an indirect family relationship with the child.”

Police said Lehman engaged in sexual relations at least twice per week with the victim from the time she was seven-years-old. Her current age has not been released.

The suspect was again lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center on a $10,000 cash bond.

(Upon his initial arrest, the Hardin County Detention Center listed Lehman as a Vine Grove resident. The jail website now lists Lehman as living in Radcliff.)
