3 men indicted on 50 child sex charges in Ohio County, including rape, incest, first-degree sex abuse

Three men have been indicted in Ohio County on sexual abuse, child rape and other charges.

Ohio County Sheriff Tracy Beatty said an Ohio County Grand Jury recently indicted three men on a combined 50 child sex-related charges, with the victims under 12-years-old, after investigations by Ohio Co. Sheriff’s Office detectives.

The three men indicted were:

Mark Little, 58: 10 counts of first-degree rape (victim younger than 12), 10 counts of incest (victim under the age of 12) and 11 counts of first-degree sexual abuse (victim under the age of 12).

Little is currently incarcerated at the Luther Luckett Correctional Complex after being convicted of first-degree sexual abuse (victim under the age of 12), according to the Kentucky Department of Corrections.

Joseph D. Holland, 19, of Beaver Dam: 15 counts of first-degree sexual abuse (victim under the age of 12). He’s being held in the Ohio County Detention Center.

Joshua Burden, 30, of Utica: First-degree rape (victim under the age of 12), incest (victim under the age of 12), first-degree sexual abuse (victim under the age of 12), and first-degree indecent exposure. Burden is being held in the Daviess County Detention Center.
