Ohio Co. man wanted for illegally taking niece from Beaver Dam, failing to return son to Gallatin, TN

Police in Kentucky and Tennessee are searching for an Ohio County man who has illegally taken his niece and son.

Jacob F. Clare has a warrant for his arrest out of Gallatin, Tennessee, for custodial interference after he failed to return with his son, three-year-old Noah Clare, on Sunday.

Jacob Clare also has his niece, 16-year-old Amber Clare, of Beaver Dam. Police said Amber was last seen at her residence Friday night at approximately 9:30. Sometime later that night or during the early morning hours of Saturday, Jacob Clare left with Amber, police said.

Noah stands three feet, five inches tall and weighs 40 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing gray pants, a camo shirt and black jacket along with black shoes.

Jacob Clare was last seen driving a gray Subaru Outback (similar to the vehicle pictured below).
