A Horse Branch felon wanted on multiple felony charges has been arrested in Ohio County.
Ohio County Sheriff Tracy Beatty said deputies and Kentucky State Police arrested 32-year-old James T. Schroader early Tuesday morning.
Without elaborating, Beatty said Schroader was “wanted on several felony charges stemming from a couple of separate incidents.”
Schroader was served with arrest warrants charging him with first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, first-degree wanton endangerment, third-degree burglary, unlawful transaction with a minor, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, tampering with physical evidence, being a persistent felony offender, and failure to appear.
He was lodged into the Ohio County Detention Center.
