Arrest made in BG Walmart armed robbery; one suspect still sought

Police have made an arrest after a Bowling Green Walmart was the victim of an armed robbery.

Last Friday, two black males entered the Walmart on Morgantown Road, whene one of the men brandished a handgun and pointed it at a clerk.

The two men took a container containing money, and fled the store in a vehicle.

On Wednesday afternoon, police arrested 28-year-old Brandon Tipton and charged him with robbery. He was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail on a $25,000 bond. Detectives are still searching for the man who pulled the firearm, identified by police as Marquise Nolan, according to WBKO.com.

Police said Nolan should be considered armed and dangerous.
