Charles Ray Webb, age 52, of Clarkson, KY, passed away Sunday, (September 1, 2013) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield KY.
He was born on April 24, 1961 in Leitchfield, KY, the son of the late Cecil and Mamie Kerr Webb.
He was a former deputy jailer for the Grayson County Detention Center, who enjoyed riding horses, fishing and camping with his grandkids. He was a member of Broadford Missionary Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Debra Butler Webb, one daughter, Julie Decker (Mark) of Clarkson, one son, Johnathan Nunn (Tiffany) of Leitchfield, four grandchildren, Blake, Lacey and Ben Decker and Jameson Nunn, three sisters, Sabra Webb of Big Clifty KY, Sheila Fulkerson and Bonita O’Connell both of Leitchfield, three nieces and two nephews and a great nephew.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, James Ray Nunn.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, (Sept 3, 2013) at the Broadford Missionary Baptist Church. Bros. Adam Jenkins and Mikey Clemons will be officiating. Burial will be in the Broadford Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday and from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 pm on Tuesday.
