The 2010 GAP (Grandparents & relatives As Parents) conference will be held on March 25th, 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., EST, at the Holiday Inn North, 1950 Newtown Pike in Lexington. The conference is for grandparents, caregivers, other relatives, & professionals to meet others & learn about topics for relatives assuming primary care of children. The day is full with workshops, exhibits, information, & a dynamic keynote. Transportation to Lexington may be available. Call the Grayson County Extension Office at 259-3492 for more information. Registration fee is $5.00 for grandparent or relative caregiver, & includes a continental breakfast & lunch. Please register by March 19th at www.gapofky.org.
