Hoben supposedly attempted to cause physical injury to EMT Misty Fentress, an employee of GC EMS, and injury to Leitchfield Police Officer Todd Oller. He is charged with assault after hitting Tyler Roof, James Poole, and Jessica Watkins. He threatened to commit a crime that could result in death to Officer Adam Cottrell and Tyler Roof, and he refused to comply with a directive of an officer. Hoben engaged in fighting or in violent, tumultuous, or threatening behavior while at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center ER, and is charged with begin under the influence of a controlled substance.
On or about January 6, 2013, Jurrell Conn is charged with assault after he supposedly intentionally caused physical injury to Jeremy James Coon by physically hitting him when he was asleep.
