On or about June 15, 2012, Tomes supposedly raped a person when he engaged in sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion; he also committed the crime of persistent felony offender when he committed this act.
On or about December 17, 2012, Tomes supposedly committed the crime of wanton endangerment when he charged at Adam Nance and Kyle Stone with a lighter and paper towel threatening to light the paper towel and throw it on a broken gas pump. Tomes also drove his vehicle on the wrong side of the road forcing John Vincent’s car off of the road, which had two children inside with Vincent. Tomes also committed wanton endangerment when he revved his car engine and slammed into the side of John Vincent’s car. Tomes was charged with Assault when he intentionally caused physical injury to Dylan Kerr by striking the driver’s door of Kerr’s vehicle several times with his vehicle and striking a car where a child was sitting inside. Tomes committed Criminal Mischief when he defaced, destroyed, or damage property at Ralph’s Market and the Anneta Fire Department. He was also charged with persistent felony offender during this ordeal where he was also charged with DUI.

On or about January 3, 2013, Gussler supposedly committed the crime of Murder when he intentionally caused the death of Laura Fod by shooting her, and was charged with assault when he caused physical injury to Michael Gussler by shooting him with a handgun.

On or about December 12, 2012, Woosley is charged with the above offenses when he supposedly retained a Samsung Galaxy II phone, Acton automotive scanner, and Dell computer stolen from Bobby Young. He also took firearms, at least one, belonging to Bobby Young.

On or about November 17, 2012, Conrad supposedly committed the above offenses when he burglarized a building belonging to Cecil Parks, and a building belonging to Otis Bryant & Sons, and one belonging to Caneyville Feed Mill, taking a 1996 Ford F350, heavy duty power cords, a Chicago welder, tools, and destroyed or damaged property belonging to Otis Bryant and Son, and Caneyville Feed Mill. He is charged with wanton endangerment when a large floor jack and wrenches fell from the back of the stolen vehicle and were struck by Steven Litsey’s vehicle.

He is charged with assault after he caused physical injury to Beatra Flanders by striking her and slinging her around.
