Greater Hardin Co. Narcotics Task Force roundup nets seven arrests, 12 grams of

On Thursday, the Greater Hardin County Narcotics Task Force, Kentucky State Police, Elizabethtown Police, Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, and other law enforcement agencies executed seven search warrants at various locations in Elizabethtown, Rineyville, Howe Valley, and Radcliff after a drug investigation that lasted several months.
 
Police said that as a result of the search warrants, approximately 12 ounces of methamphetamine, several weapons, cash, vehicles, and marijuana were seized.

Police arrested the following suspects:

  • James Vessels, 44, of Elizabethtown, was charged with trafficking in controlled substance (meth, over five ounces), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and use and investment of drug related income.
  • Christopher Boggs, 40, of Radcliff, was charged with possession of controlled substance (meth), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license.
  • Robert Brown, 54, address unknown, was charged with trafficking in controlled substance (meth, 3.5 grams) and resisting arrest.
  • Brian Burnett, 58, of Elizabethtown, was charged with trafficking in controlled substance (meth, five ounces), trafficking controlled substance within 1000 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Billy Burnett, 62, of Elizabethtown, was charged with trafficking in controlled substance (meth), trafficking controlled substance within 1000 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Paul Wiseman, 55, of Radcliff was charged with manufacturing meth (second offense), trafficking in a controlled substance (meth, under two grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Kaelin Favreau, 29, of Radcliff, was charged with manufacturing meth (second offense), trafficking in a controlled substance (meth, under two grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Theodore Ripplinger, 59, of Howe Valley, was charged with trafficking in controlled substance (meth, half-ounce), possession of controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.  

All of the suspects were lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center.

Additional arrests are expected.
