July Grand Jury Indictments highlighted by assault of police officers, drug trafficking offenses



The following are July indictments handed down by the Grayson Circuit Court, 46th Judicial District:

Robert Bush, 52 of Leitchfield: Third Degree Assault of a Police Officer; First Degree Criminal Mischief; Third Degree Criminal Mischief; Third Degree Terroristic Threatening (six counts); First Degree Disorderly Conduct; Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs.

Bush is being held in the Grayson County Detention Center on a $25,000 cash bond.

Calvin J. Tapscott, 36 of Leitchfield: Trafficking in a Controlled Substance within 1,000 yards of a School (Methamphetamine); Two Counts of First Degree Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Oxycontin).

Tapscott is free on a $10,000 bond (50 percent cash).

Stephanie A Merritt, 41 of Leitchfield: Two counts of Second Degree Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, (Hydrocodone); First Degree Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (LSD).

Merritt is free on a $10,000 bond (50 percent cash).

Kimberly G. Hood, 51 of Leitchfield: Two counts of First Degree Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Oxycodone).

Hood is free on a $10,000 bond (10 percent cash).

Aaron A. Glenn, 34 of Leitchfield: First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine); Trafficking in Marijuana (less than eight ounces); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Resisting Arrest.

Glenn is free on a $10,000 bond (25 percent cash).

Jason H. Cooper, 41 of Millwood: First Degree Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Morphine).

Cooper is free on a $10,000 bond (10 percent cash).

Carl J. Gedling, 25 of Brownsville: First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (Heroin); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs.

Gedling is being held in the Grayson County Detention Center on a $5,000 cash bond.

Shawn D. Clark, 30 of Leitchfield: Theft by Unlawful Taking, more than $500, less than $10,000; First Degree Persistent Felony Offender.

Clark is free on a $10,000 cash bond.

Robin M. Duvall, 34 of Caneyville: Flagrant Non-Support.

Duvall is free on a $10,000 bond (15 percent cash, non-refundable to the extent of child support arrearage).
