K105 giving away tons of cool stuff over the next few weeks
Earlier this week, K105 listener Aaron Decker won a grand prize package during Trackside Rental and K105's Trackside Challenge. Each participate for the grand prize package, which includes passes to Holiday World, Beach Bend, The Stephen Foster Story, Louisville Zoo, and a Louisville Bats game, qualified for the competition on-air and had already won six tickets to upcoming NASCAR races at Kentucky Motor Speedway.
Aaron Decker was able to win the competition on Tuesday by completing the race on Trackside Rentals' zero-turn, Husqvarna mower in the fastest time of 1:12.
On Friday, K105 will be live on location from four local events -- The "In the Know" gang will take the morning show on the road from 9:00 until 10:00 to broadcast from the Leitchfield Aquatic Center. Dressed in 1920's-style swimsuits, the hosts will gear-up for the grand opening of the Aquatic Center on Saturday.
From 11:00 until 1:00 on Friday, guests to QPI's Dish Daze event on South English Street in Leitchfield can register to win a trip to Hawaii. Shortly after that event concludes, listeners can follow K105 over to Dalton's Center Court Wash & Lube off of Brandenburg Road.
There we will celebrate the grand re-opening of the Napa AutoCare Repair Center where guests can win prizes from not only K105, but also Dalton's Center Court and Napa Autoparts.
At 6:00 that evening, K105 will be back on the road to begin a live broadcast from Rough River State Park's Concert Series. Graffiti Layne will put on a show for spectators on the back lawn of the Rough River Lodge thanks to a partnership with K105, Dan Powers GM Center and Rough River State Park.
The intent of Rough Rivers State Park's Summer Concert Series is to encourage Grayson and Breckinridge County residents to visit the park and see all that it has to offer as a local attraction.
On Saturday, K105 will be back at the Aquatic Center for the grand opening of the facility. The public is encouraged to attend to win free passes, t-shirts from the Aquatic Center and K105, tickets to other local attractions, and to enjoy the many activities, pools and play structures the new park has to offer.
On July 12th, The Twin Lakes is back at it with the Ultimate Summer Giveaway from Dan Powers GM Centers Customer Appreciation Event. Everyone is welcome to the event from 11:00 until 1:00 that Saturday to enjoy food straight off the grill and register to win a complete summer package.
