(1) Managing Your Meals Have you been told you have diabetes, need to lose weight, or just need to learn how to eat healthy? These classes are for you! Come learn what meal plan to follow and how to follow it. Date: Thursday, September 9, 2010 Time: Initial Class 8:30 AM CST Initial class will go over how to follow a meal plan, and gather necessary information to develop a meal plan for each individual. Follow Up 10:00 AM CST Follow-up classes will go over how each individual is doing with their meal plans, and teach a new topic, including sticking to my meal plan, label reading, exercise and eating, portion sizes, etc… Location: Grayson County Health Department These classes will be conducted by a registered dietitian or nurse depending on topic and availability.
