Police say they believe the victim was slain about two weeks ago and his body was wrapped in a blanket and plastic and covered with a piece of carpet.

The Courier-Journal reports that 42-year-old Heather Lynn Baringer and 48-year-old Dennis Mitchell Hall have been arrested and charged with murder, tampering with physical evidence and criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Lt. Barry Wilkerson says there had been an argument over money between the suspects and the victim. Wilkerson says the victim, who has not been identified, was receiving government disability checks, and Baringer and Hall continued to cash checks on the victim's account.
