Theft, burglary and drug possession charges highlight June indictments



The following persons were indicted in June by the 46th Judicial Circuit Court in Grayson County:

James G. Parrett, 44 of Magnolia, KY: Persistent Felony Offender in the First Degree.

Parrett is free on a $50,000.00 cash bond.

Amanda Burden, 34 of Leitchfield: Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree (Methamphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Burden is lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center (no bond is listed).

Chris A. Wease, 35 of Elizabethtown: Burglary in the Second Degree; Two Counts of Theft of a Controlled Substance (Hydrocodone); Persistent Felony Offender in the First Degree.

Wease is free on a $5,000.00 bond (50% cash).

William H. Hudson, 48 of Leitchfield: Theft/Receipt of Stolen Credit Card; Fraudulent use of Credit Card, more than $500.00, less than $10,000.00; Knowingly Exploiting Adult Resulting in Loss of Resources, over $300.00; Persistent Felony Offender in the First Degree.

Hudson is lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center on a $10,000.00 bond (50% cash).

Jake W. Embry, Jr., 42 of Leitchfield: Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree (Methamphetamine); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Embry is free on a $10,000.00 bond (10% cash).

William F. Jutz, Jr., 43 of Millwood: Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon; Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon.

Jutz is free on a surety bond.

William T. Basham, 32 of Leitchfield: Assault in the Second Degree; Persistent Felony Offender in the First Degree.

Basham is lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center on a $10,000.00 cash bond.

William D. Saltsman, 42 of Caneyville: Persistent Felony Offender in the First Degree.

Saltsman is lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center on a $10,000.00 cash bond.

Stephanie Petty, 45 of Big Clifty: Theft of Services (Grayson County Water District).

Petty is free on a surety bond.

Sara E. Geary, 24 of Leitchfield: Four Counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument (Checks).
