As reported early Monday morning, the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office worked a fatality accident in the 6100 block of Millerstown Road in the early morning hours of Sunday.
According to a statement on the accident from the Sheriff’s Office, Deputy Jeff Kelsey responded to the accident at 3:55 Sunday morning and found that a 2000 Ford F-150 pickup truck, being driven by 33-year-old Terry Walker, of Clarkson, crossed over the center line and off the road. It then struck a concrete culvert, causing the vehicle to overturn.
Walker, who was not wearing a seat belt, was partially ejected from the vehicle, with the truck coming to rest on its driver’s side, leaving Walker partly pinned underneath the truck.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by Grayson County Coroner Joe Brad Hudson.
Deputy Kelsey was assisted at the scene by the Grayson County EMS and the Clarkson Fire Department.
