She is survived by her daughter, Ocie Duvall (Arville) of Leitchfield, her husband, Elmer Deweese of Bloomington, IL, two brothers, Owen Davis of Vine Grove & Lawrence Davis of Illinois, and several nieces & nephew.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by six brothers, Carl, Leonard, Chester, Leslie, Homer, & Jeff Davis, and one sister, Ilean Decker.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday (February 12, 2013) at the Harvest Time Apostolic Church located on Cedar Grove Rd in Bee Spring with Bro. Matthew Irvin, Bro. Russell Laswelll, & Bro. Lyndon Robinson officiating. Burial will be in the New Harmony Cemetery in Sadler. Visitation will be held after 3:00 p.m. on Monday and from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Tuesday at the church. Watson & Hunt Funeral Directors are handling the arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of donations to the funeral home to help with the funeral expenses.
