BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (AP) — Officials say a southern Kentucky man is dead after suffering severe burns while trying to load a wood-burning stove.
Warren County deputy coroner John White told the Daily News (http://bit.ly/13O2beD) that 80-year-old Lloyd Bryant of Bowling Green was trying to load the stove outside his home early Sunday when his clothes caught on fire. White says 90 percent of the man's body was burned.
White said emergency crews were called and Bryant was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead in the afternoon.
White says it appears the death of accidental and an autopsy wasn't performed.
