TLRMC Community Shred-It Day
(Leitchfield, KY)  - Approximately $250 was raised for Relay for Life and Wings on a Prayer this past Saturday, April 20, 2013, as people brought their personal documents to be shredded at the Community Shred-It Day, held by the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center.

TLRMC employees Stacey Wilt  and Pamela Gonterman unload boxes of personal information to be shredded during the Shred-It Day event. Participants were asked for a $2 cash donation for every box of material to be shredded with the proceeds split between Relay for Life and Wings on a Prayer.

TLRMC employee Derek Dennison  helps unload documents to be destroyed during the Shred-It Day on Saturday. People watched their items shredded on site inside a specially outfitted commercial shredder.

A truck from Shred-It document shredding specialists from Louisville was parked outside the Cave-Bland entrance at TLRMC. Items containing personal information were shredded on-site with the shredded materials taken back to be recycled.
