Mabel J. Milliner, 84

Mabel J. Milliner, 84 of Leitchfield, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center .
Retired from P. Lorillard Tobacco Company in Louisville. She chose to take early retirement and move back to Leitchfield to live with her parent’s to care for them. She was a very loving care giver to both of her parents, as well as to two of her brothers, Earnest, James (Leslie), and her sister-in-law Sarah Milliner. She was also a devoted care-giver for many years to a long-time friend, Edwina Williams.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther & Pearl Milliner, brothers; Earnest, James (Leslie), Franklin (Pete), Herschel, sister; Glenna Drane, nieces; Dorothy (Oleda) Dennis, Shirley Cook, Robin (Milliner), one nephew; Dale Self and a long-time friend, Edwina Williams.
Survivors include, two brothers, Charles Milliner of Big Clifty & Coy Louis Milliner of Cecilia, KY; one sister, Thelma Self of Leitchfield; three sister-in-laws, Jean, Frankie, & Velda Sue; one brother-in-law, Edward Self. Also survived by twelve nieces, Delores Phelps, Brenda Kyburz, Stella Phelps, Patricia Paul, Diane Arnett, Janice Darst, Mimi Stinson, Karen McCormick, Charlotte Miller, Tammy Langdon, Paula Blair, & Kimberli Hammond; eight nephews, Gary, Ronnie, Willis, Tom, Douglas, Roger, Dallas, & Mark; and many great nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, at 1:00 p.m. (May 12, 2013) at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Chapel in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Mt. Hebron Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday and from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Sunday at the funeral home.
