New review for deaths of mom, 2 kids in Ind. creek

NEW ALBANY, Ind. (AP) — A southern Indiana prosecutor says he'll have a grand jury review the deaths of a woman and her two children whose nude bodies were found in a shallow creek in March.

The New Albany police chief said last month that investigators determined 35-year-old Jaime Clutter drowned her 10-year-old son and 6-month-old daughter before she also drowned. The chief said Clutter suffered from mental illness, including postpartum depression.

Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson tells The Courier-Journal (http://cjky.it/14Avcsj ) he wants a grand jury to hear from investigators and other witnesses to satisfy the public that all angles have been reviewed. The grand jury is to be selected June 25.

The bodies were found March 13 less than a mile from where the family lived in the city just north of Louisville, Ky.
