Brian Decker burglarized the home of Kristy Willis on Oct. 14, 2012, and was found in possession of items belonging to Jimmie Smith.

Theft by Unlawful Taking, $10,000 or more (7 years)
On or about July 1, 2010 – May 25, 2012, Payne is sentenced for ulawfully taking money from Leitchfield Deposit Bank of $10,000 or more.
 
Sentence of 7 years probated to 5 years.

Crystal Sizemore committed these offenses on Feb. 6, 2012 when she was pulled over by Deputy Jeff Kelsey and was found in possession of morphine, and oxycodone.  She was charged with promoting contraband when she brought morphine, oxycodone, valium and neurtion into the Grayson County Detention Center.

Holland was driving the WK Parkway in Feb. 2012 when he ran over a teenage male and his father who were putting gas into a vehicle parked on the side of the roadway.
