Charges:
Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, First Degree ,First Offense (Methamphetamine)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Possession of Marijuana
Failure to Notify Address Change to Department of Transportation
On or about July 31st, Mark B. Dennis supposedly committed the above offenses when he had Methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his possession. Dennis, supposedly, received the fourth offense because he failed to notify the Department of Transportation of his address change.
 
Michael Baker
Falls of Rough, KY
DOB:  08/09/1980

Charges:
Wanton Endangerment in the First Degree (2cts)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia  Enhanced by Possession of  Firearm
Possession of Marijuana Enhanced by Possession of Firearm
On or about August 4th, 2013, Michael Baker supposedly committed the offense of Wanton Endangerment in the first degree, when he fired 5 or 6 shots in the direction of several people during the shooting of their dog; Baker received the 2nd count of Wanton Endangerment when he reportedly pointed a gun at Dennis Baxter and threatened to shoot him.  On or about the same date, Baker supposedly committed the offense of Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia while also possessing one or more firearms.

Theft of a Legend Drug, First Offense (Value Greater Than $300)
Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition of Property Valued at Under $500.00
Persistent Felony Offender in the First Degree
On or about, or between May 31st, 2013 and June 1st, 2013, Shawn King reportedly committed the above offenses when he burglarized the office of Dr. Kenneth Green, located inside Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center and unlawfully took or exercised control over legend drugs, of a value greater than $300.00.  King is also charged with taking food, office supplies and a can of liquid nitrogen (value under $500.)

Charges:
Burglary in the Second Degree
Wanton Endangerment in the First Degree
Fleeing or Evading Police in the Second Degree (on foot)
On or about August 10th, 2013. Terry Lawson supposedly committed Burglary in the Second Degree when he burglarized the residence at 402 West Main Street, Apt. A. On or about the same day, Lawson reportedly committed the offense of Wanton Endangerment in the First Degree when he, acting alone or in complicity with others, under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life, wantonly engaged in conduct by driving recklessly down the street and almost hitting P.K. (DOB:  08/07/2009) which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to him. It is also reported that Lawson, in an attempt to elude or flee, on foot, disobeyed a police officer's direction to stop.

On or about, or between July 19th, 2013 and July 22nd, 2013, Autumn Baueriss reportedly committed the offense of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the Second Degree, 8 counts when, acting alone or in complicity with others, had in her possession forged  checks totaling $1381, drawn on BB&T from the account of Roy T. Davis Sr.
